Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Genus plc (LSE: GNS) has been notified that Celia Baxter, Non-Executive
Director, purchased 1,728 ordinary shares in the Company on 27 February 2026
on the London Stock Exchange at an average price of  £28.92865 per share,
listed in Table A below.

 

The below notification, made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse
Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the
European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, gives further detail on the number of
