Genus announces that its issued share capital consists of 60,990,977ordinary shares of 10p each with voting rights ('Ordinary Shares'). No Ordinary Shares are currently held in treasury and the voting rights of all the Ordinary Shares are identical.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Genus under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
