Australia's GenusPlus hits 6-1/2-week high on $133 mln contracts win

** Shares of power and communication infrastructure firm
GenusPlus Group  GNP.AX  rise as much as 2.6% to A$1.200, their
highest since Oct. 16 
    ** Co says JV with Samsung C&T Corp  028260.KS  got three
contracts for phase 1 of Melbourne Renewable Energy Hub (MREH)
for about A$200 mln ($132.68 mln)
    ** Contract for engineering, procurement, construction, and
commissioning for the Balance of Plant scope and Battery Energy
Storage System for a 600MW/1,600 MWh battery energy storage
project for phase 1
    ** About 92,360 shares change hands, vs 30-day average
volume of 48,306
    ** On track for best month since June with 7.1% rise in
November 
    ** Stock has risen 18.8% this year as of last close
