Australia's GenusPlus hits record high after co gets creditors' approval for acquisition

** Shares of GenusPlus  GNP.AX  rise as much as 3.6% to a
record high of A$2.57
    ** Stock set for its best day since Sept 26, if gains hold
    ** The power and communications infrastructure and services
provider says creditors of CommTel Network Solutions have voted
in favour of co's proposal to acquire 100% of CommTel (together
with associated intellectual property)
    ** Co says it will now work with founding shareholders and
administrators of CommTel to agree formal documentation for the
acquisition
