record high of A$2.5
    ** Communications infra provider offers to acquire CommTel
Network Solutions for A$6 mln ($4 mln)
    ** Plans to buy some private information and other IPs
related to CommTel from founder-associated groups for up to A$7
mln
    ** Stock adds 4.7% so far in September, eyes eighth straight
month of gains
    ** GNP up 75% YTD
