** Shares of GenusPlus Group GNP.AX rise as much as 1.8% to A$8.12, their highest level since January 23

** The power and communication infra and services provider acquires Railtrain Holdings for an upfront consideration of A$36.5 million ($25.68 million) in cash

** Railtrain is a nationally diversified rail services provider, offering the supply and training of rail personnel to rail operators and infrastructure owners

** Stock is up 27% YTD
