Australia's GenusPlus rises on contract for renewable energy project

** Shares of GenusPlus  GNP.AX  rise as much as 3.3% to
A$2.53, set for their best trading session since Dec. 11 - if
current gains hold
    ** Power and communication infrastructure and services
provider says it has been awarded a contract for Stage 1 of
TasNetworks' North West Transmission Developments (NWTD) project
in Tasmania
    ** Says estimated total project cost for NWTD Stage 1 is
~A$950 mln ($592.80 mln)
    ** About 285,500 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 220,679
    ** Stock had risen 75% YTD, as of last close
