Wall Street's main indexes rose on Tuesday, with the blue-chip Dow at a more
than one-month high, as investors assessed President Donald Trump's executive
orders after taking office and awaited his first move on trade policy.  .N 
    
At  13:30 EST, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 1.06% at
43,950.33. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.84% at 6,047.12, and the Nasdaq Composite
 .IXIC  was up 0.73% at 19,772.80.
