Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Georgina Energy Plc, GEX.L, a helium, hydrogen and natural resources
development company in Australia, announces that the Annual General Meeting
("AGM") of the Company will be held at 11 a.m. on 6 August 2025 at the offices
of Howard Kennedy LLP, 1 London Bridge SE1 9BG.

The Notice of AGM, including a letter to shareholders from the Chairman, and
Form of Proxy can be found on the Company's website at

The Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 January 2025 is
available on the Investors section of the Company's website at

Shareholders are requested to complete, sign and return the Form of Proxy to
the Company's Registrars, Neville Registrars, at Neville House, Steelpark

The Form of Proxy must be returned as soon as possible but, in any event, so
as to arrive no later than 11 a.m. on 4 August 2025.

Territory, which Georgina Energy will hold a 100% working interest on
completion of the purchase agreement with Mosman Oil & Gas.

capitalize on the growing gap between supply and demand for hydrogen and
helium with the resource potential of EPA155 Mt Winter and EP513 Hussar
