Nov 14 (Reuters) - Gesco AG  GSC1n.DE  
    * H1 group sales rose slightly by 1.1 pct to 220.1 million 
euros (217.8 million euros) 
    * H1 order intake increased by 6.9 pct to 226.6 million 
euros (prior year: 211.9 million euros) 
    * H1 EBITDA of 23.7 million euros versus 20.1 million euros 
year ago 
    * H1 consolidated net income after minority interests 
amounted to 5.5 million euros (8.6 million euros) 
    * H1 EBIT down to 10.8 million euros (prior year: 15.3 
million euros) 
    * Says has lowered its outlook for the fiscal year 2014/2015 
    * Says now expects consolidated sales of between 455 million 
euros and 460 million euros for FY 
    * Sees now FY consolidated net income after minority 
interests of between 14.5 million euros to 15.0 million euros 
(previous forecast: 17.5 million euros)
