April 23 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Wednesday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy: INMOBILIARIA COLONIAL COL.MC Inmobiliaria Colonial bought DeepLabs, a company operating science campuses in Madrid and Barcelona for 200 million euros ($227.74 million) from asset manager Stoneshield and agreed to create a joint asset management business with Stoneshield, Colonial said on Tuesday. MELIA HOTELS MEL.MC French hotel group Accor ACCP.PA is in talks with ADIA, the investment arm of Abu Dhabi's sovereign wealth fund, to take over the management of ME Madrid Reina Victoria hotel in Madrid, currently run by Melia, Cinco Dias newspaper reported on Wednesday, citing unnamed sources closed to the negotiations. PRISA PRS.MC Global Alconaba, which holds a stake in Prisa, which owns El Pais newspaper, are talking with Czech billionaire Daniel Kretinsky to launch a tender offer on the media group, newspaper El Economista reported on Wednesday, citing sources close to Global Alconaba. ACERINOX ACX.MC Acerinox's U.S. unit North American Stainless named Clive Grannum as its new CEO, the parent company said on Tuesday.
