Grant of Options under GetBusy plc EMI Share Option Plan
GetBusy plc (AIM: GETB) ("GetBusy" or "the Company" or "the Group"), a developer of document management and productivity software products, announces that it has granted a total of 665,000 options over ordinary shares to various members of management.
The options have been granted under the Company's EMI Share Option Plan, which was approved by shareholders on 7 January 2020.  The exercise price of the options is equal to their nominal value of £0.0015 per share.
All of the new options have appropriate performance conditions attached and conditionally vest in 3 years.  Up to 425,000 options vest on a sliding scale, conditional upon the achievement of annualised recurring revenue targets for the Group's GetBusy task management product. The balance of 240,000 of the options vest conditionally upon growth in the Company's share price.
