Brief: Eurotunnel operator Getlink successfully prices new 600 mln euros of green bond notes

March 27 (Reuters) - GETLINK GETP.PA:

* Successfully priced a new €600 million senior secured green notes issue due 2030 with an annual coupon of 4.125%.

* The New Notes will be issued at par and is expected to close on 4 April 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.

* Getlink intends to use the proceeds from the New Notes, together with cash on balance sheet, to redeem its existing €850 million senior secured green notes due October 2025
