Feb 3 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
     
    BELGIUM/POLITICS:
     Political parties in Belgium agreed on Friday to form a new
government, the office of Belgian King Philippe said, ending
almost eight months of complicated talks that followed the
election victory of Flemish nationalist party N-VA.
     
    COLRUYT  COLR.BR 
Colruyt Group Real Estate and LCV Real Estate signed an
agreement with Metro Properties Holding for the total
acquisition of former Makro-Metro sites in Belgium.
     
    FRENCH PRIME MINISTER/ECB:
    French Prime Minister Francois Bayrou urged the European
Central Bank to cut rates faster to help bolster economic growth
in Europe now that inflation is back to normal levels, saying it
was crucial to compete with superpowers like China and America.
     
    GETLINK  GETP.PA 
    Getlink, which runs the undersea tunnel between France and
Britain, announced on Friday the acquisition of costumer service
providers Associated Shipping Agencies (A.S.A) and its
subsidiary Boulogne International Maritime Services (BIMS).

KBC Ancora posted on Friday 73.9 million euros profit for its
first-half results.
