Video Transcript:

Train services through the Channel Tunnel linking Britain and Continental Europe partially reopened on Tuesday after a power supply failure brought chaos to holiday travel. The disruption upended plans for thousands of passengers in London, Paris, Brussels, and Amsterdam during one of the busiest travel weeks of the year. In a statement on its website, high-speed train operator Eurostar said that the services were resuming gradually but warned passengers that the power fault persisted. Stranded travelers crowded the concourse at London St. Pancras Station before the partial reopening.

We'll see. It's not so good, but at the end of the day, we're still in the holidays, so family's still healthy, so we'll take it step by step.

Meanwhile, Getlink, which operates the tunnel infrastructure and the shuttle service carrying cars and trucks, said repairs to the power supply were underway and that travel services were slowly being restored in both directions.
