Getlink SE Announces Cancellation of its Listing on the Financial Conduct Authority's Official List due to Closure of Euronext London Market
Further to the announcement made by Getlink SE (the Company) on 28 May 2020, the Company confirms that the listing of its ordinary shares of €0.40 each (the Ordinary Shares) on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority has been cancelled with effect from 8.00 a.m. (London time) today. The Ordinary Shares also ceased to be admitted to trading on the Euronext London regulated market with effect from the same time, as a result of the announced closure of the Euronext London market. The Ordinary Shares will continue to be admitted to trading on Euronext's Paris regulated market.
