Director / PDMR shareholding

 

The Board of Gfinity plc (AIM:GFIN) announced on 5 February 2025 that David
Halley, a director of the Company, had subscribed on the same date for
24,000,000 new Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.0625p per Ordinary Share.
Further details of David Halley's subscription in accordance with the
requirements of the Market Abuse Regulations are set out in the Appendix.
David Halley is now interested in 305,346,666 Ordinary Shares representing
7.61 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
