Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

The Board of Gfinity plc (AIM:GFIN) announces that the Annual General Meeting
of the Company ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Fladgate LLP at 16 Great
Queen Street, London WC2B 5DG at 11:30 a.m. on 21 December 2023.  The Company
has today posted the formal notice of the meeting (the "Notice") to
shareholders and a copy is available on the Company's website at
www.gfinityplc.com (http://www.gfinityplc.com) .

 

A copy of the Notice together with proxy voting forms is being posted to all
shareholders who are required to receive or have formally requested to receive
these documents.
