Result of Annual General Meeting

The Board of Gfinity plc (AIM: GFIN) is pleased to announce that all the
Resolutions were approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting
("Meeting") of the Company held earlier today. The voting was determined by a
poll at the Meeting.
