** Shares of GHCL  GHCH.NS  close down 2.8% at 497.05 rupees
    ** GHCH, which makes soda ash, posts 45% drop in March-qtr
profit as revenue fall outpaces decline in expenses
    ** Stock fell as much as 4.2%, was down 1.1% before results
    ** Co's rev has dropped for third straight qtr, while profit
down for second-consecutive time
    ** Over 386,000 shares traded, 1.4x 30-day avg volume
    ** GHCH extends YTD losses to 14.5%
