** Shares of renewable energy services provider Gibraltar Industries ROCK.O fall 7.71% to $50.52 premarket

** ROCK now expects Q4 and 2025 revenue and EPS to be below previous guidance ranges

** Now estimates preliminary 2025 net sales of $1.13 billion to $1.14 billion vs prior forecast of $1.15 billion to $1.18 billion

** Sees preliminary 2025 adjusted EPS of $3.88 to $3.93 vs prior forecast of $4.20 to $4.30

** ROCK expects preliminary Q4 net sales of $261 million to $271 million vs prior guidance of $283 million to $308 million

** Co estimates preliminary Q4 adjusted EPS of $0.72 to $0.77 vs prior guidance of $1.04 to $1.14

** Stock lost 16% in 2025
