    Gibson Energy to acquire South Texas Gateway Terminal for $1.1 bln

    June 14 (Reuters) - Gibson Energy  GEI.TO  said on
Wednesday it would acquire all of the membership interests of
South Texas Gateway Terminal LLC for $1.1 billion in cash.
