Canadian apparel maker Gildan's board of directors resigns
May 23 (Reuters) - Canadian apparel maker Gildan
Activewear GIL.TO said on Thursday its entire board of
directors has resigned, with Vince Tyra stepping down as
President and CEO.
The outgoing directors appointed Browning West nominees to
the board and has ceased discussions on the previously announced
sale process.
