- Canadian apparel maker Gildan Activewear GIL.TO said on
Thursday its board of directors has resigned and its CEO Vince
Tyra has stepped down to be replaced by former top boss Glenn
Chamandy.
- Japanese trading house Sumitomo Corp 8053.T has joined a
Calgary-based company that is pushing for Indigenous
participation in energy transition projects for a proposal to
build a carbon transport network in southern Alberta.
- Toronto-Dominion Bank TD.TO is adjusting its growth
strategy in the United States, easing back on its plan to
accelerate branch openings as the lender assesses the extent of
