Italy reported 59 coronavirus-related deaths on Thursday
against 62 the day before, the health ministry said, while the
daily tally of new infections fell to 1,968 from 2,897.

Italy's biggest insurer has submitted a non-binding offer
for the asset management arm of Dutch insurer NN Group NN.AS ,
two sources close to the matter said on Thursday.
The asset could be worth around 1.5 billion euros ($1.82

Following Generali's takover offer for smaller domestic
rival Cattolica CASS.MI , Fitch affirmed its ‘A-’ Insurance
Financial Strength (IFS) rating. The outlook remain stable.

Also the Italian largest bank has made a non-binding offer
for the asset management arm of Dutch insurer NN Group, a source
