Aug 27 (Reuters) - Swiss fragrance and flavour maker Givaudan GIVN.S said on Wednesday its CEO Gilles Andrier is stepping down in March next year, after 20 years in the office.
Givaudan named insider Christian Stammkoetter as its CEO to replace Andrier.
The company said Chairman Calvin Grieder is also stepping down from the board in 2026 and Andrier will be proposed for the Chairman's role in the 2026 annual general meeting.
