 * Says executed a definitive sale and purchase agreement with a third party 
 * Deal for aggregate purchase consideration for the sale shares is S$3.36 
   million 
 * Purchase consideration payable by the company in cash will be funded through 
   internal resources of the group and/or bank borrowings 
 * Says sale shares represent 80% of the total issued and paid-up shares in 
   Marquis Services Pte Ltd
