 * The total purchase price for the acquisition by Marquis is s$5.4 million 
 * The total purchase price for the acquisition by Marquis will be funded by internal resources and bank borrowings

 * Marquis obtained an option to purchase for the purchase of property from Duchess Logistics & Whsg Pte. Ltd.
