    * Chartering Contract 
    * Gas aries has further renewed its chartering contract with 
sinogas 
    * Deal for 83,000m3 liquefied gas carrier vessel at a fixed 
rate for a period of three (3) months, starting from 1 april 
    * Fixed gross rate per day is not expected to have material 
impact on net earnings of group for current fy ending 31 may 
2017
