    ** Reports Q1 EPS of 55 cents vs. est. of 61 cents
    ** Q1 provision for credit losses was $6.3 mln, an increase
of $1.9 mln from year earlier
    ** "Federal Reserve interest rate increases and the banking
crisis drove borrowing costs up further and impacted our
profitability" - CEO Randy Chesler
    ** GBCI stock down 27.63% YTD
