Glanbia plc (the "Company"), the better nutrition company, reports that
Tirlán Co-operative Society Limited has nominated Gerard O'Brien and Thomas
Phelan to replace Patrick Murphy and Brendan Hayes respectively on the Board
of the Company with effect from 1 June 2024. Patrick Murphy retired on 1 May
2024 and Brendan Hayes will retire on 31 May 2024.

 

This announcement is made in accordance with Rule 6.1.64 of Euronext Dublin
Listing Rules and Rule 9.6.11 of the London Stock Exchange Listing Rules. The
Company confirms that there are no other matters requiring disclosure under
Rule 6.1.66 of Euronext Dublin Listing Rules and Rule 9.6.13 of the London
Stock Exchange Listing Rules.
