Glanbia plc Capital Markets Day and three year ambition

9 November 2022, Glanbia plc ("Glanbia", the "Group" or "plc") is holding a
Capital Markets Day ("CMD") today at its Glanbia Performance Nutrition
manufacturing facility in Aurora, Illinois, USA. The CMD will run from 8.30am
local time (2.30pm GMT) to approximately 11.30am local time (5.30pm GMT).

The event will focus on Glanbia's compelling growth agenda and operational
strengths; providing an overview of the strategies in its better nutrition
platforms, Glanbia Performance Nutrition and Glanbia Nutritional Solutions.
Glanbia's environmental, social and governance strategy and its three year
financial ambition will also be outlined.

Three year financial ambition

The three year average annual financial metrics for 2023 to 2025, which will
be outlined at the CMD are as follows:

·    Group:

o Adjusted earnings per share ("EPS") growth 5% to 10% (on a constant currency
basis);

o Operating cash conversion of EBITDA of 80%+; and

o Return on capital employed ("ROCE") of 10% to 13%

 

·    Glanbia Performance Nutrition:

o  Revenue growth 5% to 7% (on a constant currency basis); and

o  EBITA margin 12%+

 

·    Glanbia Nutritional Solutions:

o  Volume growth 3% to 5%; and

o  EBITA margin 12%+
