Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024 and Proxy voting Form

Glanbia plc ("Glanbia" or the "Company"), the better nutrition group,
announces that the Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting (the "Notice")
and the Proxy Voting Form for the 2024 Annual General Meeting (the "Proxy")
are available from today on the Company's website, and may be viewed and
downloaded online at:
