** Shares of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals GLEN.NS down 2.6% to 1,383 rupees, set to fall for third straight session

** Co's FY25 revenue is 133.22 bln rupees ($1.57 bln), missing its forecast of 135-140 bln rupees

** FY25 EBITDA margin at 17.8%, too missed forecast of 19%

** Q4 consol net profit at 46.5 mln rupees, hit by exceptional charge of 3.73 bln rupees

** Brokerage Nomura said lack of material new launches and erosion of base business continues to impact revenue of GLEN's US segment

** Nomura's rating for GLEN is 'neutral' with price target of 1,500 rupees

** Trading vols at 1.4 mln shares, 1.9x the 30-day average

** GLEN down ~14% YTD
