    - Payments processor Shift4  FOUR.N  has agreed to buy
travel and retail-focused financial technology platform Global
Blue  GB.N  in a deal valued at $2.5 billion, the companies said

bankruptcy-court trial over its $10 billion proposal to end
litigation alleging that its baby powder caused ovarian cancer,

tort lawsuits through a chapter 11 case.

restore normal operations in several days following disruptions
from a recent winter storm and crash of a Delta Air Lines flight
