Rural Broadband Solutions Plc (AQSE: RBBS), a leading provider of broadband
services to rural areas of the UK, announces that its Annual General Meeting
("AGM") will be held at the offices of Apex Corporate Services (IOM) Limited,
Exchange House, 54-62 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1JD, British
Isles on Wednesday 31 August 2022 at 12.30 p.m.

 

The Notice of AGM, together with the accounts, will be dispatched to all
