("RBBS" or the "Company")

 

Results of the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM")

 

 

Rural Broadband Solutions Plc (AQSE: RBBS), a provider of high speed broadband
to rural areas of Great Britain, announces that at the EGM of the Company
held in the Isle of Man on 24 October 2022, the following resolutions were
passed as ordinary resolutions:

 

 

1.       THAT the Investment, as defined in Company's circular dated 7
October 2022 (the "Circular"), on the terms and subject to the conditions of
the Investment Agreements as defined in the Circular be and is hereby approved
for the purpose of Rule 3.7 of the AQSE Growth Market Access Rulebook and that
the Directors be and are hereby authorised to take all steps necessary or, in
the opinion of the Directors, desirable, to complete and give effect to the
Investment Agreements.

 

2.       THAT, upon and subject to Completion, as defined in the
Circular, the name of the Company be changed to "Global Connectivity plc".

 

 

As a result of the resolutions passing, completion of the initial investment
of £8 million in accordance with the terms of the Subscription Agreement
shall take place on or around 24 October 2022.
