Appointment of Joint Broker

 

GlobalData Plc, the leading provider of industry intelligence, announces that
Numis Securities Limited ("Numis") has been appointed as Joint Broker with
immediate effect. Numis will work alongside J.P. Morgan Cazenove which remains
the Company's Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker, and Panmure Gordon which
remains GlobalData's Joint Broker.
