Appointment of Nomad and Broker

GlobalData PLC, the global provider of data, analytics, and insights is
pleased to announce the appointment of J.P. Morgan as Nominated Adviser, in
addition to their existing Joint Broker status, and the appointment of Panmure
Gordon as Joint Broker, to act alongside existing Joint Broker HSBC, with
