Transaction in Own Shares and Completion of Share Buyback Programme
GlobalData Plc ("GlobalData" or the "Company") announces that, in accordance
with the terms of its Share Buyback Programme which commenced on 26 November
2025, the Company purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of
£0.0001 each through Investec Bank plc ("Investec").
Ordinary Shares
Date of purchase: 11 February 2026
Number of ordinary shares purchased: 281,346
Lowest price per share (pence): 89.60
Highest price per share (pence): 93.60
Weighted average price per day (pence): 91.8550
The Company will cancel the repurchased shares. Following the purchase of
these shares, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue will be
757,216,635 and the Group holds no ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the
total voting rights in GlobalData will be 757,216,635. This figure for the
total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under
the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

of the Share Buyback Programme.

Completion of the Share Buyback Programme
Following the above transaction, the Group has completed the Share Buyback
Programme which was announced on 24 November 2025. In total, the Group
repurchased 9,317,468 ordinary shares of £0.0001, all of which were
cancelled, at a total cost of approximately £10million.

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No
596/2014 as it forms part of UK law, a full breakdown of the individual trades
made by Investec on behalf of the Company as part of the Share Buyback
