Global Invacom (SGX: QS9) (AIM: GINV), the global provider of satellite communications equipment and electronics, announces that, in view of the COVID-19 pandemic, its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held by way of electronic means on Thursday, 25 June 2020 at 2.00 p.m. Singapore time. Shareholders will not be able attend the AGM in person.
