The following amendments have been made to the "Director/PDMR Shareholding"
announcement released on 15 March 2018 under RNS number 8484H.
 
Due to a settlement error, Mr Chan's purchase of ordinary shares did not
complete at the prices and time indicated in RNS number 8484H.
 
Mr Chan has now today purchased 44,000 ordinary shares at S$0.139 per ordinary
share and 106,000 ordinary shares at S$0.140 per ordinary share. The date and
these prices have been corrected wherever referred to in this replacement RNS.

Director/PDMR Shareholding
 
16 March 2018 - Global Invacom Group Limited ("Global Invacom" or "the
Group"), a satellite communications ("Sat Comms") equipment provider listed on
the Singapore Exchange and the U.K. AIM Market, announces that on 16 March
2018, Mr Basil Chan, Non-Executive Director of the Group, purchased 150,000
ordinary shares of no par value in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at an average
price of S$0.1397 per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
 
Following the Purchase, Mr Chan is beneficially interested in 165,000 Ordinary
Shares, representing 0.061% of the Group's issued share capital.
