("Global Invacom", the "Company" or the "Group")

Grant of Options

 

Singapore/London, 22 August 2022 - Global Invacom (SGX: QS9) (AIM: GINV), the
global provider of satellite communications equipment and electronics, today
announces that a total of 10,000,000 options ("Options") over the Company's
ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") were granted to employees
pursuant to the Global Invacom Share Option Scheme 2013 ("Scheme"). The
Options were granted with an exercise price of S$0.07 (c. 4 pence) per
Ordinary Share, being the average of the last dealt price on the SGX for the
five consecutive trading days. The Options granted are exercisable in 2
tranches: (i) 5,000,000 from 22 August 2023 to 21 August 2032; and (ii)
5,000,000 from 22 August 2024 to 21 August 2032.

 

No Directors or PDMRs were granted Options. Following this grant, the Company
has a total of 18,574,000 Options in issue under the Scheme.
