("Global Invacom", the "Company" or the "Group")

 

Grant of Options

 

Singapore/London, 2 March 2023 - Global Invacom (SGX: QS9) (AIM: GINV), the
global provider of satellite communications equipment and electronics,
announces that a total of 1,800,000 options ("Options") over the Company's
ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") were granted to Mr Gordon
Blaikie, Interim Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, pursuant to
the Global Invacom Share Option Scheme 2013 ("Scheme"). The Options were
granted with an exercise price of S$0.05 (c. 3 pence) per Ordinary Share,
being the average of the last dealt price on the SGX for the five consecutive
trading days. Of the Options, 900,000 are exercisable from 2 March 2024 to 1
March 2033 and 900,000 are exercisable from 2 March 2025 to 1 March 2033.

 

The total Options held by Mr Gordon Blaikie will be 3,994,000.

 

Save for the above, the Directors' interests remain unchanged and as
previously announced.

 

Following this grant, the Company has a total of 16,394,000 Options in issue
under the Scheme.
