("Global Invacom", the "Company" or the "Group")

Dissolution of Wholly-Owned Subsidiary

Singapore/London, 15 July 2022 - Global Invacom (SGX: QS9) (AIM: GINV), the
global provider of satellite communications equipment and electronics,
announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Global Invacom Manufacturing
(Shanghai) Co Ltd, incorporated in Shanghai, People's Republic of China, is
now dissolved (the "Dissolution").

 

The Dissolution does not have any material impact on the consolidated net
tangible assets per share or earnings per share of the Group for the financial
year ending 31 December 2022.

 

None of the Directors or controlling shareholders of the Company has any
direct or indirect interest in the Dissolution.
