RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING HELD ON 26 OCTOBER 2023

 

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Global Invacom Group Limited (the
"Company") is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting
("EGM") of the Company held today, the special resolution as set out in the
notice of EGM dated 26 September 2023 was duly passed by way of a poll.

 

a)    The result of the poll on the resolution cast at the EGM is set out
below for information:

Agile 8 Advisory Pte. Ltd. was appointed as scrutineer for the poll conducted
at the EGM.
