investment corporation bonds, worth 5 billion yen in total, with 
payment date on Sept. 28 
    * Coupon rate 0.28 percent per annum and 0.63 percent per 
annum respectively and maturity date on Sept. 28, 2022 and Sept. 
28, 2027 respectively  
    * Proceeds to be used to pay back fourth series investment
