Brief: OKH Global says Interpol Red Notice was issued against CEO of the company

Jan 5 (Reuters) - OKH Global Ltd  OKHG.SI : 
 * Says interpol red notice was issued against Bon Ween Foong, the executive chairman and CEO of the company 
 * Says red notice states, among other things, that bon is wanted by indonesian authorities 
 * Red notice has arisen out of a commercial dispute that started in 2012 between mr bon and a former business partner in Indonesia 
 * Says company is not related to and has no interest in pt alliancz Asia pacific and is not involved in that dispute 
 * Says bon is wanted in connection with a charge of "providing false statement for official document 
 * Says bon will be represented by lawyers in Indonesia to contest the charge 
 * Says bon has advised the company that he denies the charge referred to in  the red notice
