Notice of EGM to be held on 4 April 2024

 

Globaltrans Investment PLC (the "Company" and together with its consolidated
subsidiaries "Globaltrans" or the "Group"), (LSE/MOEX ticker: GLTR) today
announces that the Board of Directors ("Board") of Globaltrans convened an
Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders ("EGM") to be held on 4 April
2024 at 1:00 pm (UAE time) at Office Unit 3, Floor 6, Al Sila Tower, Abu Dhabi
Global Market Square, Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The business on the agenda for the EGM is to consider and, if thought fit,
pass the following resolutions:

·      To terminate the authority of all members of the Board.

·      To appoint the new members of the Board.
