Globalworth Real Estate Investments Limited ("Globalworth" or the "Company")
Postponement of AGM
 
On 26 March 2021, the Company announced that Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM") would be held on 21 June 2021 with the formal notice of AGM ("Notice of AGM") to be sent out in a separate circular to shareholders, and issued to shareholders and notified via RNS at least 10 clear days before the meeting. 
Since the date of that announcement, CPI Property Group S.A. and Aroundtown SA, two of the Company's largest shareholders, have announced that they are making a unilateral cash offer for the Company (the "Offer").  
In light of the Offer, the Board of the Company has resolved to postpone the sending out of the Notice of AGM and, accordingly, the date of the AGM. In accordance with Guernsey law and the Company's articles of incorporation, the AGM will now be held on 28 September 2021. A further announcement will be made in due course.
